Your First Visit
Your first visit will consist of a comprehensive examination where Dr. Drone will evaluate or perform the following:
- Medical history
- Dental History
- The appearance of your teeth, the way you bite or how your teeth come together, the condition of your teeth and the health of your gums and bones, your jaw joints and your head & neck muscles
- Intra-oral and extra-oral cancer screening exam
- Cavity screening and detection exam
- Professional cleaning
- Digital dental x-rays
- Digital photographs
After your examination Dr. Drone will explain your diagnosis and dental treatment options. In some instances, a complex treatment plan will require a second appointment for further discussion and dental solutions.
We work closely with your primary dentist (if referred) and your physician to obtain all necessary dental and medical information to assure the safety of your care. The more information you can provide our office prior to your first visit, the better we will be able to enhance the efficiency of your care.
